1. Shipping is exclusively available to addresses within Canada.
2. Product pricing and stock levels are subject to change at any time. We assume no liability for missing shipments resulting from carrier errors, inaccurate delivery details provided by the client, transit damage, expired PO boxes, or theft post-delivery.
3. We offer flat-rate shipping of $15.00 for orders below $99, while all orders exceeding $99 qualify for complimentary nationwide shipping.
4. Your order will be dispatched on the following business day. If you are not satisfied, discretionary refunds (excluding shipping fees) are available within 30 days of purchase.
5. Requests made after the 30-day window will be eligible for store credit only.

**Orders totaling more than $200 require a signature upon delivery. If you wish to waive this requirement, please specify in your order notes or contact us via email. Note that by opting out of the signature requirement, you accept full responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels.**
